How much does it cost?
One price per person per month, every app included. Paid by card, invoiced monthly, no commitment. The exact prices are shown above. Plans start at 5 people. You can try it free for 7 days, no card needed.
Can I keep my current email address?
Yes, if you have your own domain name (hello@yourcompany.com). Connect it to Pomelow when you sign up or later: we show you the few settings to copy at the company you bought your domain from. Your current email keeps working until you switch. We don't offer automatic import of your old emails yet.
Where is my data?
In France, in Paris, with the French hosting company Scaleway. Mailboxes are backed up every night. No ads, and your data is never sold.
Will my team actually use it?
Everyone has one password for everything, and when they sign in they find their meetings, messages and files on one page. The tools are the everyday ones: mailbox, calendar, chat, documents. Nothing to install on anyone's computer.
Do I need to be technical?
No. It all happens in the browser. The only slightly technical step, connecting your own domain name, is optional and guided: we tell you exactly what to copy.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel from your admin space, no commitment. Export your email and member list; documents and files can be downloaded. After closing, everything stays available for 30 days, then it's all deleted.
Who are you?
Pomelow is a service hosted in France that brings together well-established software, including La Suite numérique, the French government's office suite, into one workspace that's simple to use. The company that operates it is listed in our legal notice.
